Framework Manager £85k - £95k DOE Location: England (remote) Our Client Our client is a leading construction business delivering complex, high-profile projects across the UK. With a strong focus on collaboration, consistency and long-term client partnerships, they are seeking an experienced Framework Manager to strengthen the governance, development and performance of their construction frameworks. The Role This is a highly visible, client-facing role responsible for the successful management, governance and continuous development of key construction frameworks. You will act as the principal interface between framework clients, regional teams and specialist functions, ensuring obligations are understood, embedded and delivered consistently. You will lead day-to-day framework activity, maintain robust governance and assurance records, coordinate reviews, and ensure actions, risks and opportunities remain visible and owned. Working closely with operational and business development teams, you will support client engagement, pipeline development, tender readiness and framework mobilisation. You will also capture lessons learned, promote best practice and help regional teams make effective use of framework knowledge, evidence and systems. To be successful, you will have a demonstrable track record in a similar framework, client or programme management role within construction or the built environment. Experience of the health or education sectors would be particularly relevant. You will combine excellent client management and communication skills with strong organisational discipline and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders, framework boards, partners and supply chain forums. A relevant professional qualification or accreditation in construction, project management, procurement, commercial management or a related discipline is also required.
