Pret A Manger – Team Member / Team Member Star Location: [Insert shop location] Pay: £12.85 per hour + £1.50 additional hourly payment After probation: Eligible for an additional £1.25 attendance bonus per hour, subject to the applicable conditions. About the Role We're looking for enthusiastic, hardworking and customer-focused individuals to join our Pret A Manger team. As a Team Member, you'll help create a welcoming environment for our customers, prepare delicious, high-quality food and drinks, and work together with your colleagues to keep our shop running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, fast and outstanding customer service.
• Prepare delicious food and drinks in line with Pret standards.
• Work across the kitchen and front of house, including coffee and hot food stations, as trained.
• Maintain excellent cleanliness, food hygiene and health and safety standards.
• Support your colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Maintain high standards of product quality, presentation and stock rotation.
• Help manage queues and ensure efficient service.
• Complete all required training and follow Pret procedures. Who We're Looking For

• Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail.
• Previous hospitality or food preparation experience is an advantage, but a willingness to learn is essential. Team Member Star Opportunity Team Members who demonstrate excellent performance, strong Pret knowledge, speed, accuracy and productivity may have the opportunity to progress to Team Member Star, subject to the company's training and assessment requirements.
