• Digital Presence: Add the @ULadder handle and Ambassador status to social media bios.
• Content Sharing: Repost official ULadder TikTok, Instagram and Linkedin contents.
• Community & Word of Mouth:
• Create a user account on ULadder and share your unique referral link.
• Distribute ULadder student business cards around campus student hubs, libraries, and accommodation.
• Help create a student community on the Uladder app (either solo or by teaming up with other advocates).
• Optional Creative Challenges:
• Create and submit monthly marketing videos or host student events Volunteer Benefits & Recognition
• 5 entries into the ULadder launch giveaway.
• Recognised startup experience for your CV, complete with an official reference or recommendation letter upon completion.
• Access to an exclusive community of ambitious student leaders and changemakers.
• Front-of-the-line recruitment priority for future paid roles, internships, or staff positions as ULadder scales.
• Verified Ambassador badge displayed directly on your ULadder app profile.
• The satisfaction of shaping student lifestyle and contributing to something impactful from the ground up. Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse student audiences.
• Interest in community building, event coordination, and campus outreach activities.
• Comfort with social media and digital tools to support promotion and engagement efforts.
• Self-motivated and organised
• Currently studying at or recently graduated from a University in the London Area
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusivity, collaboration, and supporting student success.
• Prior experience in student leadership, societies, volunteering, or ambassador programs is beneficial but not required. Start date: 29th October 2026 End date: 29th May 2027
