Relationship Manager

Northreach is working with an established financial services organisation that supports members across the UK policing community. We're looking for a Field Officer to join the team in a remote, field-based role focused on building relationships, increasing membership and representing the organisation across police forces throughout the UK. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting out and meeting people, presenting to different audiences and developing long-term relationships, while also working towards clear commercial and engagement targets. The role will involve:

• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Attending events, presentations and engagement days across the UK
• Generating new leads and helping grow the organisation's membership base
• Delivering presentations, webinars and 1-to-1 member conversations
• Promoting a range of financial products and services
• Identifying new opportunities, partnerships and ways to engage prospective members
• Managing your own diary and travel schedule across your territory
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking engagement activity
• Working closely with the wider Marketing and Member Services teams We'd be keen to speak with people who have:
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Experience working within financial services or another regulated environment
• A commercial mindset and experience working towards targets
• Confidence presenting to groups and engaging with stakeholders at different levels
• The ability to work independently in a remote/field-based position
