Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager | £55,000–£65,000 DOE | 4-Day Working Week An excellent opportunity for an Engineering Manager to lead a small, hands-on engineering team within an established engineering business. You'll take ownership of engineering capability, leading new product development from concept through to manufacture, while driving continuous improvement, technical compliance and product quality. Key responsibilities:

• Lead, develop and support the Engineering team.
• Manage product development projects, from design and prototyping through to production.
• Drive engineering documentation, design change control and technical compliance.
• Provide technical support across production, testing, repair and customer-facing teams.
• Improve product performance, reliability, manufacturability and cost. The ideal candidate will combine strong engineering leadership with a practical, hands-on approach, experience in product development and manufacturing, and the ability to solve technical problems while balancing quality, cost and delivery.
