Group Reporting Manager

📣 Group Reporting Manager | Up to £85,000 | Central London 📍 Zone 1, Central London 💰 Salary up to £85,000 🏢 Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home I'm partnering with a growing, premium international hospitality and leisure group to recruit a Group Reporting Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant to join a multi-site, international business with operations across the UK and US, playing a key role in group reporting, financial control and finance transformation. Working closely with senior finance leadership, you'll take ownership across a broad group finance remit while helping to strengthen reporting processes, improve controls and drive the adoption of automation, data analytics and AI. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading month-end close, balance sheet reviews and group financial reporting.
• Managing statutory reporting, external audits, tax compliance and group consolidations.
• Overseeing intercompany accounting, reconciliations and financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Supporting cash flow forecasting, treasury, banking and foreign currency exposure.
• Driving finance automation, systems improvements and AI-enabled productivity.
• Partnering with senior stakeholders and supporting reporting requirements across UK and US operations. What I'm looking for:
• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• At least four years' post-qualification experience.
• Essential: proven multi-site experience within a complex or growing organisation.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, statutory accounts, group consolidations and audit.
• Experience across financial reporting, financial controls and cash flow forecasting.
• A track record of improving finance processes, systems and reporting.
• Experience in hospitality, leisure, retail or another consumer-facing sector would be advantageous.
• Exposure to US operations, cross-border structures, automation or AI would be a plus This role would suit a hands-on, commercially minded finance professional who enjoys taking ownership, working across multiple entities and making a tangible impact in a growing international business.
