Operations Analyst Location: Glasgow Role Type: Contract Work Setup: Hybrid - 3 days in office

Who You Will Work With Our client is global financial services firm that manages wealth, navigates complex markets, and design strategic financial objectives. The firm provides risk management solutions across a variety of sectors, emphasising long-term relationships, and innovative approaches to financial challenges.

What you'll do:

• Assist the COO teams in executing business priorities, coordinating leadership forums, and preparing reports for senior management.
• Oversee actions, milestones, and deliverables across key business initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Support budget management, resource allocation, headcount tracking, hiring governance, and organisational reporting.
• Produce insightful analysis and reporting to guide leadership decisions while partnering with Finance and HR teams to maintain accurate management information.
• Create executive dashboards and reports while ensuring consistent governance processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Support leadership communications, town halls, and employee initiatives to foster inclusion, recognition, and a connected culture.
• Ensure clear messaging across regions and contribute to building a high-performing organisational environment. What you'll bring:
• 1-3 years of experience in Operations, Business Management, Project Management, Finance, Risk, or Governance.
• A proactive learner eager to tackle new challenges with exceptional organisational skills.
• Strong risk awareness and problem-solving abilities with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complexity and collaborate effectively across teams.
