Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving new client acquisition and expanding relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, and presenting Coras Consulting's ERP advisory and implementation services to prospective clients. The role involves building and managing a pipeline, preparing proposals and pricing, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with consulting teams to align solutions with client requirements. The Business Development Manager will also gather market insights, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to strategic growth planning for the firm. Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, or account management within consulting, technology, or financial services.
• Understanding of ERP and financial systems and processes; familiarity with selling to finance professionals is highly beneficial.
• Strong skills in relationship building, client communication, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline, develop proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Comfort working remotely with a high degree of autonomy, organization, and accountability.
• Analytical mindset and the ability to translate client needs into tailored service offerings.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment is a plus.
