Group Treasury Manager

Treasury Manager Location: North Greater London Department: Finance Reporting to: Senior Treasury Manager Salary: £70-90K + bonus + benefits The Opportunity An established international organisation is seeking a Treasury Manager to join its finance team in North Greater London. This role will support the effective management of treasury activities across a multi-entity business, with responsibility for cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, financial reporting and treasury controls The position will also contribute to ongoing finance transformation initiatives, including systems development, automation and the standardisation of treasury processes. Key Responsibilities

• Support daily cash management, liquidity monitoring and cash flow forecasting.
• Oversee banking administration, account management and access controls.
• Support the administration of debt facilities and other treasury-related arrangements.
• Ensure treasury activities comply with internal policies, procedures and control requirements.
• Maintain effective relationships with internal teams, external banking partners and auditors.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, Kyriba (TMS) implementation, reporting and operational efficiency.
• Support the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures. About You
• Experience in treasury, cash management or a related finance role.
• Experience working within a multi-entity or international organisation.
• A good understanding of liquidity management, banking arrangements, funding and financial risk.
• Experience with treasury systems (Kyriba), financial reporting and process improvement.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems.
• A sound understanding of governance, compliance and internal controls.
• The ability to build relationships with stakeholders across different functions and levels.
