Analyst – Testing & Documentation Contract outside IR35 Location: United Kingdom REMOTE ANYWHERE Experience: 5 years Availability: Late October 2026 Right to Work: Required Security Screening: Must be able to pass BPSS checks About the Role We are seeking an Analyst with 1–3 years of experience in client-facing project work, data validation, testing and documentation. The successful candidate will support testing activities, validate data, prepare user guides and quick-reference materials, and create recorded walkthroughs to support knowledge transfer and user adoption. This role is suited to an organised and detail-oriented professional with Microsoft 365 knowledge and strong written communication skills. Key Responsibilities

• Perform data validation and testing activities.
• Support the identification and documentation of data-quality issues.
• Prepare user guides and quick-reference materials.
• Produce clear and accessible documentation.
• Create recorded walkthroughs explaining processes and solutions.
• Support Microsoft 365-related project activities.
• Assist with testing and validation of project deliverables.
• Work with technical teams and business users.
• Support knowledge transfer and user adoption. Essential Requirements
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in client-facing project work.
• Knowledge of data validation and testing.
• Ability to prepare user guides and quick-reference materials.
• Experience or capability in creating recorded walkthroughs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Must remain UK-based throughout the engagement.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Must be able to pass BPSS checks.
• Available to start from late October 2026. Desirable Requirements
• PL-300 certification.
• PL-900 certification.
