You'll be hands-on in the day-to-day running of the store, supporting and inspiring the team, and helping to create a welcoming space that customers genuinely enjoy spending time in. Key Responsibilities of the Supervisor

• Motivating, supporting, and developing a strong, engaged team.
• Deliver a high level of personalised customer service while ensuring the brand's image, values, and standards are consistently reflected.
• Drive the team towards sales, KPI, and profitability goals, proactively identifying ways to improve performance and maximise opportunities.
• Ensure the store maintains excellent standards in visual merchandising, overall presentation, and daily operations.
• Oversee stock control, staff scheduling, health and safety requirements, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
