That innovation is inspired by a shared commitment to great work and to each other. The Retail Real Estate - Places team creates and cares for Apple Stores that look, feel, and function as beautifully as our products. Description The Retail Real Estate - Places Team is responsible for developing and implementing Apple Retail's store deployment strategy. As a key operational and analytical professional, you will thrive in a collaborative, complex, and fast-paced environment where forward-looking thought and attention to detail are paramount. Reporting to the Senior Real Estate Manager, you will provide essential administrative, financial, and operational support to drive day-to-day execution, monitor project timelines, and facilitate seamless communication with key stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Drive the preparation and assembly of analyses, statistics, research, maps, and other documents for market and location-specific presentations.
  • Track new locations and monitor lease execution plans, gathering updates from the broader Real Estate team to maintain accurate progress reports and milestones.
  • Review Letters of Intent (LOIs) and lease documents to assess and extract key clauses, while maintaining highly structured physical and digital project files.
  • Produce clear Proforma Summary slides from detailed financial models, calculate rent projections, and manage comparison charts to facilitate strategic deal reviews.
  • Administer vendor contracts and Work Authorizations (WA), monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely budget reconciliation.
  • Act as the primary daily contact for landlords and external vendors on routine operational matters, assisting in the resolution of minor preservation escalations.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, draft trip matrices, and provide comprehensive administrative support for senior leadership market visits.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and perform daily administrative tasks, including calendar management, expense reporting, and document control. Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in real estate operations, project coordination, facilities administration, or high-level operational support.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate fluently and idiomatically in both written and verbal formats.
  • High proficiency in Keynote (for formatting standardized presentation decks) and Excel (for database management, rent tracking, and proforma analysis).
  • Exceptional multitasking capabilities with a proven ability to balance competing deadlines, manage intricate schedules, and support leadership.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively. Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in the retail real estate industry or experience working with premium brand developers. At Apple, we believe accessibility is a fundamental human right.
