The successful candidate will work alongside Consultant Orthogeriatricians, Orthopaedic surgeons, junior doctors, nursing teams and wider multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. The role offers the opportunity to influence service development, improve patient outcomes and contribute to the continued advancement of advanced clinical practice within the Trust. .

Work autonomously within an agreed scope of practice, making complex clinical decisions and initiating appropriate investigations and treatment plans.

Request and interpret diagnostic investigations and make referrals to specialist services where appropriate.

Support timely patient flow through the trauma and Orthopaedic pathway while maintaining high standards of care.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues to provide seamless and safe patient care.

Act as an expert clinical resource and role model within the service

We are committed to developing advanced practitioners who demonstrate excellence across all four pillars of advanced practice:

We recognise that advanced practice extends beyond expert clinical care.
