Shift(s) Available: Fabrication: 1st (5:30 am - 2:15 pm), 2nd (3:15 pm - 11:45 pm). Harvest: 1st (6:20 am - 2:50 pm), 2nd (3:20 pm - 11:50 pm)

Compensation: $24.35/hr

What You Will Do

• Handle, lift, and process meat products by trimming, cutting, or removing fat, defects, or contamination using knives or other tools.
• Support production by performing routine, repetitive tasks that keep operations running smoothly.
• Weigh, label, bag, pack, and box finished products to meet customer and quality specifications.
• Perform job duties in a fast-paced, cold, or warm production setting with required.
• PPE while engaging in physical tasks such as standing for long periods of time, climbing, bending, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines to maintain compliance and product integrity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments.
• Knife handling skills or experience working with cutting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes.
• Work history in the last 12 months.
