You will be based in either Audit & Assurance or Outsourced Accounting Services department where you'll gain valuable commercial insights into how organisations operate and the challenges they face. Your responsibilities will grow as you progress through the programme. Your career with Menzies doesn't just stop once you complete your AAT qualification, you can be given the opportunity to progress onto further studies, such as the 3-year ACA qualification.

✔️ Individuals who are collaborative and eager to take on new challenges

✔️ Minimum of 2 x A levels (A-C) and one other A level or equivalent

✔️ 5 GCSEs grades A*-C or 9-4 (including Maths and English Language or equivalent)

✔️ Ability to absorb new information and adapt quickly

✔️ Comfortable working with numbers and demonstrating strong attention to detail

✔️ Clear and thoughtful written and verbal communication skills

✔️ Able to explain financial information in an accessible and supportive manner
