Housekeeper

Oliver House School are recruiting for a Housekeeper to join our team! We are looking for passionate people to make sure our sites are safe and comfortable, whilst covering all aspects of housekeeping. You will will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the school and will have a flexible approach and be able to respond quickly to requests for assistance.

Oliver House School is an independent specialist day and residential School for boys and girls aged 6 to 19 who have autism and complex learning needs. The school's aim is to bring about the best in every young person to enable them to achieve positive experiences and progress according to their own individual abilities. We are an innovative school that has high aspirations for the education of pupils with Autism.

What you'll be doing:

We are looking for a dedicated individual who can ensure the highest standard of hygiene and cleanliness in our School - the role will include duties such as:

• Thorough cleaning of all areas of the School.
• Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedule to ensure all areas of cleaning are covered.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure all pupils and staff are kept safe.

Working hours for this role are 1:45pm til 4:45pm, Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will have experience of daily cleaning schedules and ensure appropriate paperwork in completed and a good knowledge of health and safety legislation applicable to the role.
