Job Title: Refuge Worker

Location: Athena, Lewisham

Salary: £29,701.36 per annum

Contract type: Full time, Permanent

Hours: 37.5

Join Refuge as a Refuge Worker and help support women and children who have experienced domestic abuse. Based within our Lewisham refuge service, you will play a key role in empowering survivors to rebuild their lives in a safe and supportive environment.

The role involves providing practical and emotional support, carrying out risk and needs assessments, developing support plans, and working with partner agencies to help women access housing, benefits and legal advice. We are looking for a compassionate, resilient and proactive individual with strong communication skills and a commitment to supporting survivors.
