Facilities Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Assistant at our Romford Site to provide Porter, Janitor and basic maintenance services for all of the associations facilities on a regular rota basis according to the needs of the organisation.

You will be required to set up equipment and rooms for functions and classes and assist with bulk carrying and lifting tasks. You will also proactively monitor the sites for cleanliness or repair needs and the condition of equipment and facilities. You would be the immediate response to fire alarms to check the source of the alert and be able to deal with this appropriately.

Summary of Job Profile:

• Contract Type: Permanent-Full Time 7:00am-15:00pm
• Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Flexible working pattern

with the requirement to work flexibly of working Saturday / Sunday
