Maintenance Technician

To deliver a safe, responsive and high-quality repairs and maintenance service across YMCA TG properties. The role undertakes planned, reactive and preventative works, supports compliance and site standards, manages stock and equipment, liaises with residents, colleagues and contractors, and participates in the out-of-hours on-call rota.

• Contract Type: Permanent
• Working Pattern: Part-time 22.5 hours per week
