Backstage Developer

Backstage Developer - 3+ months - Remote- ASAP Start

For our international client, we are currently looking for an experienced Backstage Developer.

Your main task is to improve the internal developer platform and make software delivery simpler, faster and more consistent.

You will design, build and maintain Backstage plugins, templates and integrations.

You will be working closely with platform, DevOps and development teams to improve the developer journey.Tasks:* Developing and customising Backstage

• Improving self-service workflows
• Integrate CI/CD, Cloud and engineering tools
• Maintain software catalogues and documentation standards
• Drive adoption of platform best practices across teams
• Internal and external stakeholder management and communicationRequirements:* Hands on project experience as Backstage developer* Strong project experience with TypeScript/Node.js
• Strong API and toolchain Integration experience * Very good understanding of Developer Platforms, DevOps practices and user-focused engineering
• Project experience in international projects for European businesses
• Good Stakeholder Management
• Fluency in EnglishProject details:* Start: ASAP* Duration: 3 months (+ option to extend)* Workload: 5 days per week* Location: Remote* Languages: Fluency in English
