As an Application Support Consultant, you'll help keep mission‑critical platforms running smoothly, solve real‑world technical challenges, and play a key role in shaping the bank's digital transformation.

What you'll do

• Investigate and resolve application issues to keep business‑critical systems running effectively
• Analyse incidents, identify root causes, and support long‑term solutions
• Work closely with technical teams and business users to understand problems and deliver timely fixes
• Monitor system performance, conduct checks, and escalate issues where needed
• Support enhancement work by writing simple scripts to automate tasks or improve processes
• Gain hands‑on experience with tools and practices used in IT Service Management, cloud, Linux, Python, and more

About You

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Foundational technical aptitude and basic coding/programming understanding
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindsetExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort working with technical concepts (e.g., databases, operating systems, scripting basics) and a willingness to build deeper expertise through training
• Ability to commit to the full 2.5‑year graduate programme
• Eligible to work in Malaysia
