What you'll be doing:

Security Operations Manager - Sovereign SOC

Full-time onsite in Birmingham

You will need to be eligible for SC Government clearance - essential you have lived in the UK for a minimum of 4.5 years consistently.

Are you ready to lead in one of the most demanding and rewarding security environments in the UK? We are seeking a Security Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Sovereign Security Operations Centre (SOC), housed in a large, dedicated facility designed for resilience and scale. You'll serve prominent UK organizations with premium listings and stringent security requirements.

• Drive Operational Performance: Oversee service delivery, incident response, and operational efficiency within established frameworks.
• Strategic Oversight: Balance hands-on technical engagement with high-level planning to maintain a robust security posture.
• Innovate Under Pressure: Navigate complex threat landscapes and regulatory requirements while ensuring high availability of services.
