Reactive Maintenance Operative Apprentice

CBK Workspace Solutions LTD is looking for a motivated and reliable Apprentice Reactive Maintenance Operative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in building maintenance and facilities services. Working alongside experienced maintenance operatives.

What you will do

Key Responsibilities

• Assist experienced operatives with reactive maintenance and repair works
• Attend properties and commercial premises to assist with maintenance issues
• Carry out basic repairs and maintenance tasks under supervision
• Assist with diagnosing and resolving maintenance problems
• Learn and follow safe working practices and company procedures
• Assist with planned and reactive maintenance tasks
• Use hand and power tools safely and correctly
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment
• Complete job sheets and basic maintenance records

Communicate professionally with customers, clients and colleagues

• Follow all relevant health and safety requirements

Training

• An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation
• At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

After the apprenticeship

• Full-time employment or progression to a higher level apprenticeship

• Hours: 24 hours a week. Working week: 4 days per week. days tbc. 8:00am to 4:00pm

• Wage: £15,600 a year
