Are you passionate about making a real difference in young people's lives?

The Anchor Aberdeen CashBack Service aims to provide targeted, assertive outreach responses focusing on young people primarily aged 11-18 who may be subjected to exploitation.

We're looking for motivated, compassionate individuals who are genuinely committed to helping young people feel safer, more confident, and more connected within their communities.

This role is more than just a job - it's an opportunity to build trusted relationships, inspire positive change, and support young people to thrive. You'll work directly with young people in a variety of settings, creating safe spaces, encouraging participation, and helping them access the support they need. Currently the service is recruiting for 3 positions to deliver the service (1x 29.6 hrs, 2x 22.2hrs) to work on a rotational basis.

We are seeking people who:

  • Have a strong, genuine interest in supporting young people and improving their sense of safety and wellbeing
  • Can confidently engage and build rapport with young people, especially those who may be reluctant or disengaged
  • Are creative, proactive, and able to encourage participation in activities and services
  • Work well as part of a team and with partners across communities
  • Are flexible and committed to meeting young people where they are - including evenings and weekends

In addition to contracted hours, there may also be opportunity to work additional hours, subject to service needs.
