About the Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Assistant, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education for children, helping them to learn, grow, and thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Supporting children's learning and development through engaging activities

✅ Providing a safe, caring, and stimulating environment

✅ Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

✅ Observing, monitoring, and recording children's progress

✅ Assisting with daily routines, including mealtimes and personal care

Requirements

✔ Level 3 Childcare Qualification (or equivalent)

✔ Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting

✔ Strong understanding of the EYFS framework

✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills

✔ A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach

✔ Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
