Procurement Manager

We are looking for a Procurement Manager for a well established manufacturing business in Coventry. The role takes ownership of all procurement across the business, covering direct materials and indirect goods and services. Procurement Manager Permanent Monday to Thursday 8am – 4:45pm, Friday 8am – 3pm Salary dependent on experience Coventry Procurement Manager

• Lead the end-to-end purchasing strategy across direct and indirect goods
• Source, develop and manage supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, contracts and agreements
• Drive cost reduction, risk management and continuous improvement
• Work cross-functionally to support new product introduction, cost reduction and budget targets

• Proven experience with strategic sourcing and supplier negotiation and development
• Experience working within the automotive sector
• Experience leading or developing team members
