Lead Systems Engineer - Training & Simulation Delivery Bristol Hybrid role Defence Sector SC Eligible Are you passionate about delivering complex systems that make a real operational impact? We're looking for a Lead Systems Engineer to join a major Royal Navy training and simulation programme, helping deliver cutting-edge capability into service. This isn't a role focused on manufacturing, support engineering or pure requirements management. We're seeking someone with a proven track record of delivering complex systems from integration and testing through to customer acceptance and deployment. What we're looking for: System-of-Systems delivery experience Integration, Test & Acceptance expertise Defence, Naval, Maritime or Mission Systems background Experience working across multidisciplinary engineering teams Strong stakeholder and customer engagement skills Experience delivering Training & Simulation systems (Ideal) Ideal backgrounds could include:

• Synthetic Training Environments
• Mission Systems
• Command & Control Systems
• Defence Systems Integration
• Complex Software & Hardware Delivery Programmes You'll play a key role in ensuring complex, integrated solutions are successfully delivered into operational use, working alongside engineering teams, programme leadership and customers.
