Salesforce Solutions Architect

Salesforce Architect | Contract | Outside IR35 Location: London/Remote Duration: 12 Month Rate: 700/day We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to support a major CRM transformation for an international business. This is an opportunity to shape the architecture of a Salesforce platform across multiple business areas, each with distinct commercial processes, customer journeys and contracting requirements. The initial focus will be on establishing a common architectural foundation across the business, before designing tailored workflows and functionality to support the specific needs of each division. Key areas of focus:

• Salesforce solution architecture and CRM transformation.
• Designing scalable solutions across multiple business units.
• Mapping end-to-end customer lifecycles and business processes.
• Defining workflows, integrations, approvals and automation.
• Balancing a shared core architecture with different operational requirements.
• Working with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. What we're looking for:
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, ideally across complex transformation programmes.
• Experience designing Salesforce solutions across multiple business units or operating models.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, business process design and systems integration.
• The ability to take a consultative approach, challenge requirements and shape the right solution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. This role would suit an architect who enjoys solving complex business challenges and influencing the design of a platform from the outset.
