As the first dedicated DevOps hire at Requesty Ltd, you will architect and own the infrastructure powering mission-critical LLM inference. You'll manage Kubernetes clusters, design secure CI/CD pipelines, and redefine the technical stack alongside the founders. • Architect and manage production Kubernetes infrastructure to ensure high availability and scalability for the core LLM gateway.
• Design and implement robust technical processes for CI/CD, developer velocity, and integrated security practices across Go and Python services.
• Collaborate with the founders to evolve the infrastructure stack, selecting tools for telemetry, analytics, and distributed caching. The ideal candidate
• Brings 5+ years of experience deploying and managing production services on Kubernetes with a deep understanding of infrastructure best practices.
• Possesses a startup mindset with a proven track record of building from scratch and thriving in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
