- £46,980 per annum

- Day-to-Day management of the site including colleague rotas, stock control and health & safety compliance
- Drive a customer-first culture, ensuring all colleagues have clear targets to work towards
- Responsible for meeting KPI Targets including sales & profitability
- Complete relevant paperwork and maintain electronic databases/systems accurately As part of the Halfords Group, Halfords Commercial Fleet Services (HCFS) was formed by acquiring three large entities: Lodge, McConechys and Universal, alongside some previous independent tyre management services enabling us to offer nationwide coverage for our customers. - Experienced in leading and training teams of Technicians

- Possess a full, current driving licence
