Corporate Solicitor

AJ Chambers are partnering with a highly respected, multidisciplinary professional services firm to recruit a Corporate Solicitor for its growing legal team. London | Hybrid Working| £85,000 - £100,000 Key Areas of Work:

• Company law and general corporate advisory
• Mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
• Group reorganisations and corporate restructuring
• Shareholder agreements and joint ventures
• Capital investments and strategic business transactions
• Working closely with tax and accountancy specialists to deliver commercially focused, integrated advice Key Knowledge and Expertise:
• Qualified Solicitor with approximately 4-6 years' PQE
• Valid Solicitor's Practising Certificate
• Strong experience in corporate law
• Previous experience working within a partnership or professional services environment
• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
• Commercially minded with strong problem-solving abilities
• Confident managing challenging situations and building client relationships
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
