Salary: Basic £35,000 OTE £41,000. Uncapped and very achievable bonus scheme. What you will be doing:

• Perform MOT tests on BMW and Mini vehicles to the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct thorough inspections, identifying any issues or areas requiring attention.
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations to customers on maintaining their vehicles.
• Collaborate with our team of technicians and engineers What We're Looking For:
• MOT Tester qualification (City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent).
• Hold a valid Smart card
• Proven experience in conducting MOT tests, preferably with a prestige brand
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
