Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Registering buyers & applicants on to an electronic database.
- Scheduling accompanied viewings & engaging with clients.
- Handling in bound leads through various property portals.
- Provide constructive and informative feedback to Vendors.
- Generate and negotiate offers to get sales and lets agreed. We're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too! We're looking for individuals with qualities such as:
- Previous sales experience.
- Has a natural selling ability.
- Excellent communication skills & Customer Service experience.
- Is articulate & a strong negotiator.
- A background in Estate Agency
