We are seeking a high‑caliber Chief Financial Officer to join our early‑stage startup and build the financial foundation that will drive our long‑term growth. This role is ideal for a finance leader with strong expertise in European financial markets, startup capital formation, and investor management.

Key Responsibilities Capital Formation & Grants Acquisition  Lead the strategy and execution for securing startup grants, government funding, and early‑stage capital across European markets.

Investor Sourcing & Management  Identify, engage, and manage relationships with private investors, venture capital firms, and strategic partners. Establish disciplined investor reporting and communication practices.
