It has also been recognised as one of the fastest-growing firms in the UK legal market. The Role This is a strategic and influential position supporting a large national Real Estate practice. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining legal know-how, improving best practice, delivering technical training, managing precedents, and ensuring lawyers across the business have access to high-quality knowledge resources. Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring legal and market developments within Real Estate law
• Developing and maintaining precedents, templates, and guidance notes
• Delivering technical training and legal updates to lawyers nationally
• Supporting onboarding and development programmes
• Working with legal technology and knowledge management systems
• Assisting with thought leadership, client seminars, and external publications
• Supporting quality, consistency, and innovation across the Real Estate team
• Acting as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders across the business About You
• Qualified Solicitor with strong Real Estate expertise
• Previous Knowledge Lawyer experience desirable but not essential
• Strong technical drafting and research skills
• Passion for legal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
• Ability to influence and collaborate with lawyers at all levels
