Director of Ecommerce

Role Objective The Senior Ecommerce Director will establish and lead the overall ecommerce strategy across the UK and Ireland, ensuring the business has a clear and commercially focused approach to online growth. The role will be responsible for defining:

• The purpose and strategy of each online channel
• Which channels and retail partners to prioritise
• How the business should trade online
• What success looks like across Brand.com and retail partners
• The right priorities and strategy for the ecommerce team Key Responsibilities
• Own ecommerce strategy across UK & Ireland.
• Develop the strategy for Brand.com, including defining its purpose and role within the wider ecommerce ecosystem.
• Develop and manage strategies across key retail partners.
• Work with retail partners to optimise brand presence and performance online.
• Define trading strategies and commercial priorities.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and develop business cases where required.
• Work with Business Operations and Accenture on technology and platform changes.
• Help lead the business through the Shopify replatforming/transformation.
• Create clarity around priorities and ensure the team is focused on the right opportunities.
• Drive growth plans and ensure ecommerce delivers against commercial objectives.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. What Does Good Look Like? The successful candidate will:
