Logistics Specialist

• Inspect and perform minor functional testing of surgical equipment, consumable sets, control units, and AWM pumps
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan documentation prior to inspection
• Receipt loan sets: unpacking, scanning, and verifying supplied documents
• Pick, scan, and prepare loan sets for dispatch
• Coordinate shipping via in-house couriers
• Pick, pack, and ship outbound trade orders
• Receive goods, unpack, conduct physical checks, and put stock away System work (40%)
• Updating Mymediset/SAP/Movemedical Additional duties such as cycle counts, reporting, replenishments, cleaning pumps etc. (20%) What you will need to be successful?
• Strong attention to detail and an organised, methodical approach
• Comfortable with physical work (up to 80% of the role)
• Ability to follow processes and handle medical equipment with care
• Basic computer skills, including Outlook and Excel
• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, medical devices, or loan sets is advantageous but not essential
