We're Hiring: Hotel General Assistant – Isle of Skye, Scotland TA Scotland Ltd is looking for a friendly, flexible and hardworking Hotel General Assistant to join our small team on the beautiful Isle of Skye. This is a varied, hands-on hospitality role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a friendly environment where no two days are the same. • Private medical insurance About the role As part of our small hotel team, you will support the day-to-day running of the property across a range of areas, including:
• Housekeeping and room cleaning
• Breakfast preparation and service
• Food & beverage service
• Reception, including guest check-ins and check-outs
• Front of House support
• Guest relations and customer service
• General hotel operations
• Basic maintenance and handyman tasks
• Minor repairs and general upkeep About you We're looking for someone who is:
• Friendly, professional and approachable
• Flexible and willing to get involved
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
• Proactive and able to use their initiative
• Confident speaking English
• Spanish and/or Italian speaking is highly desirable
