• Working 1 in 2 Saturday's, 10am – 3.30pm

• You will play a pivotal role in selling and negotiating properties across Lancashire
• Your responsibilities will include booking viewings, valuations, mortgage appointments, and sales progression duties
• Understanding of the complexities surrounding the sale of high end, multi-million pound properties
• To excel in this role, you'll need to be confident in speaking with premium property owners and understanding of the high end residential property market What you will have
• Experienced Sales Negotiator within property
• Ability to communicate with high profile clients and meet their high expectations
• Ability to communicate with high net worth clients and vendors
• Must have a full UK driving licence
