Chief Marketing Officer

We're supporting a fast-growing professional beauty brand with an established international DTC business across multiple markets. The company is entering an important next stage of growth, and we're looking for a commercially driven CMO to take ownership of the marketing function and build a scalable growth engine. The business operates through Shopify, with 500+ products / 2,000+ SKUs and a growing international customer base. What you'll own:

• Revenue growth and marketing performance across international markets CAC, LTV, conversion, AOV and contribution margin; -Retention, repeat purchase and subscription growth Meta, Google, CRM, email, SEO and CRO;
• Customer and channel analytics. We're looking for someone with:
• Strong commercial / P&L ownership;
• A proven track record in DTC / eCommerce growth;
• Hands-on understanding of acquisition, CRM, CRO and attribution;
• Shopify and repeat-purchase experience;
• Experience building and leading teams;
• An analytical, hands-on approach;
• Experience in beauty, personal care, wellness or another repeat-purchase category is a plus.
