As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Graduate Management Trainee to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who is keen to develop their professional skills and gain practical experience across marketing, customer engagement and team operations. The Role As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will receive structured training and practical experience across different areas of the business. Working alongside experienced team members, you will develop your understanding of marketing, customer engagement, campaign coordination and business operations. As your experience develops, you may have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to team development. Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of face-to-face marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Assist with the planning and coordination of events and customer engagement activities.
• Communicate with customers and represent client brands in a professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve campaign and team objectives.
• Support market research and gather feedback to help identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor campaign activity and contribute to team reviews and performance discussions.
• Take part in training, workshops and ongoing professional development.
• Develop organisational, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills through practical experience.
