- £35,000 base salary & uncapped commission BMS Performance are currently working with a large SaaS provider selling financial service products into a variety of industries. What is the package offered?
- £35,000 base salary
- £41,000 OTE (Uncapped)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Their software systems helps businesses to improve data quality, reduce human error and ensure compliance - ultimately saving them money and offering peace of mind. What does the role involve? Working as a Sales Development Representative, you are the first touch-point any prospective clients will have with your business across the UK market. Using your energy & personality to drive sales pipeline, you'll reach out to decision makers at prospective clients to understand their needs, current solutions and any challenges they're facing - with the goal of booking in follow-up meetings for senior sales people to win business. As you progress within this role, your progression path would take you into a senior SDR role and then into a fully closing role yourself. Applications will be managed by BMS Performance, market leading in sales recruitment.
