Job title: Co-Founder - Gathering Tables Location: London, United Kingdom or Paris, France Type: Co-founding role (equity share) Description: Gathering Tables is a private dining club that brings together strangers from different nationalities and professional backgrounds around tables at exceptional restaurants. A little over a year since launch, grown entirely organically with no marketing budget: 650 members in London, 70 nationalities, editions held across six cities (London, Paris, New York, Dublin, Lyon, Marseille). Our conviction: hospitality deserves to welcome its guests with the same care it puts into its plates, and in an increasingly individualistic world, there's real room for formats that bring people back to the table - genuinely. I'm looking for a co-founder, based in London or Paris, to take ownership of the financial, marketing and structural side of the business, and help me grow it beyond what one person can carry alone. Key responsibilities:

• Structure and lead financial management (accounting, budgeting, pricing, profitability)
• Build and drive marketing strategy (acquisition, content, brand partnerships)
• Professionalize internal tools and processes (operations, membership, back-end)
• Take part in strategic decisions on brand development and geographic expansion, with a particular focus on the London market What we're looking for:
