Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Conduct telecom consulting business planning, market research and industry analysis, covering project pricing and benefit assessment to support business strategy.
• Collaborate with company group, provincial branches, internal teams and external partners to manage the full lifecycle of consulting products.
• Develop consulting product marketing strategies to enhance market competitiveness and drive product commercialization and scaled growth.
• Partner with sales teams and overseas operators to explore and track new consulting business opportunities.
• Deliver end-to-end pre-sales support including demand discovery, solution design, PoC and bidding for consulting projects.
• Coordinate internal and external parties to ensure high-quality project delivery, and fulfill ad-hoc tasks assigned by management. Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years' relevant experience in the telecommunications industry, and at least 3 years dedicated to international consulting projects.
• Capable of independently developing and delivering consulting projects
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
• Excellent cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
