Director of Technology Strategy & Transformation | £100k | Fully Remote A senior technology leadership role with a global charity making a positive difference. In this role, you will lead a global team (over 30 people) spanning technology strategy, business systems, architecture, data, analytics, integrations and product roadmaps. This is about more than setting strategy. You'll shape 1 to 3 year technology roadmaps, assess the impact of major business initiatives, influence investment decisions and make sure technology plans actually move forward. There's also a real opportunity to mature and professionalise the function. This includes developing stronger business partnerships, improving product roadmaps and change processes, and turning areas such as analytics and integration into proactive technology capabilities. With major ERP, HCM, data and AI initiatives ahead, there's plenty to get your teeth into. This suits a broad technology leader who understands enterprise systems, can operate comfortably with senior business stakeholders and has the drive to make things happen.
