T&I Electrician

We are recruiting for a Test &Inspection Electrician What You'll Do As a CBRE Test & Inspection Electrician, youwill be responsible for carrying out electrical inspection, testing,certification, fault diagnosis, and maintenance activities across a portfolioof client facilities. This role forms part of the Engineering and TechnicalServices function and plays a key role in ensuring electrical systems remainsafe, compliant, and operational in accordance with current legislation andindustry standards.

• Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) inaccordance with BS 7671.
• Perform Initial Verification and certification of new electricalinstallations and alterations.
• Complete Periodic Inspection and Testing of electrical systems andequipment.
• Identify electrical defects, non-conformances, and potentialhazards, providing clear recommendations for remedial works.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults safely and efficiently.
• Complete all inspection and testing documentation accurately andin compliance with current regulations.
• Ensure all works are undertaken in accordance with BS 7671,Electricity at Work Regulations, and company safe systems of work.
• Review asset and maintenance records to support planned inspectionand testing programmes.
• Carry out electrical maintenance and minor installation work whererequired.
• Provide a professional and customer-focused service, ensuringminimal disruption to client operations.
• Maintain accurate reports, test results, and electronic recordsusing company systems.
• Support compliance audits and contribute to maintaining statutorycompliance across client sites.
• Work collaboratively with engineers, supervisors, and sitemanagement teams to deliver planned and reactive works.
• Promote a positive health and safety culture and lead by examplein all aspects of work. What You'll Need
• RecognisedElectrical Apprenticeship.
• NVQ Level 3 inElectrical Installation, SVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation, or equivalentelectrical qualification.
• Current 18thEdition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
• Desired, City& Guilds 2391-52 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent qualification).
• Minimum 3 years'experience in electrical inspection, testing, and maintenance.
• Full UK DrivingLicence.
• Strongunderstanding of BS 7671 requirements and electrical certification.
• Experience usingelectrical testing equipment and producing associated reports.
• Ability tointerpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Sound knowledgeof electrical safety procedures and statutory compliance requirements.
• Competent user ofMicrosoft Office applications and mobile workforce management systems.
• Excellentfault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Strongorganisational and communication skills with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
• Ability to workindependently and manage workloads across multiple sites. Essential Experience
