New Home Sales Advisers

We're hiring! 🏡 We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced New Homes Adviser to join our award-winning team at St Felix Park, our exciting new development in Chedgrave, near Loddon, Norfolk. Responsibilities Working 4–5 days a week, Thursday–Monday (with Friday–Monday considered), you'll be the key point of contact for our customers, guiding them through every stage of their new home journey – from their first enquiry through to exchange and completion. Qualifications We're looking for someone with a proven track record in new homes sales, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and good computer skills. A full driving licence and own transport are essential. In return, we offer a competitive salary and commission package, plus Company Pension and private healthcare following successful completion of the probationary period.
