Graduate Recruitment Consultant – £50k OTE + Uncapped Commission VirtoTech is a leading contract recruitment agency based in London Bridge, specializing in sourcing and delivering high-quality technology contractors to clients across Germany. We have been nominated by APSCo Germany as one of the staffing companies of the year in 2023 & 2024 (start-up & growth) and expanding due to successful year-on-year growth and are seeking dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultants to join our team. Recruitment companies often promise the same things, so rather than making this about us, let's talk about what's in it for you. Your Key Responsibilities:

• -You will do 360 recruitment – end to end recruitment – i.e. source your own clients and candidates
• -Source, screen, and manage contract / freelance technology professionals within Germany & Europe
• -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• -Understanding and consulting on clients' requirements
• -Negotiate, organize, and finalize assignments and offers between candidates and clients
• -Drive the full recruitment lifecycle from lead generation to placement What we are looking for:
• -Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• -Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• -Happy working in a predominantly phone-based working environment
• -Sales / Recruitment experience is a bonus
• -German speaking, or other European languages, are a bonus but not required VirtoTech Rewards and Incentives:
