National Account Manager

National Account Manager London | c£70,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus I'm currently looking for an ambitious and commercially driven National Account Manager to join a global consumer goods business, taking ownership of some of its most important strategic retail accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants real ownership, influence and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on growth. What you'll be doing:

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic retail accounts, delivering sales, margin and profit targets.
• Develop and lead Joint Business Plans and 3-year customer strategies, identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.
• Own forecasting, investment, promotional planning and commercial performance, using insight to shape plans.
• Build strong relationships with senior retail stakeholders, leading negotiations across pricing, promotions, ranging and investment.
• Collaborate cross functionally to deliver customer plans, drive innovation and unlock new growth opportunities. You'll bring:
• Proven experience as a National Account Manager within FMCG, ideally across personal care, beauty, health & wellness or a related category.
• Strong commercial and P&L expertise, with experience managing JBPs, customer investment and delivering profitable growth.
• A confident negotiator and influential stakeholder manager, comfortable operating with senior retail customers.
• Strong analytical and insight-driven skills, with a track record of turning data into clear actions and delivering sales, profit and/or market share growth.
• An ambitious, entrepreneurial and commercially curious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships and makes things happen.
