A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer to join its growing residential property team in London, either hybrid or remote working. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Property expert in London to step into a busy, well-supported environment with a strong pipeline of work. In their London office, you'll manage a varied caseload with autonomy while benefiting from a collaborative culture, flexible working and clear progression opportunities. The Role

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Dealing with remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions
• Delivering high standards of client care throughout the transaction process
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm processes
• Supporting junior team members where required
• Contributing to team performance and continued growth The Candidate
• Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer experienced in conveyancing
• Strong background in residential property matters
• Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently
• Solid technical knowledge across conveyancing transactions
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Well organised with strong attention to detail
• Team player with a proactive attitude
